What I teach (and what you will learn) is a multi-function, effective movement and mobility system. You will understand how to move correctly in all situations. I will teach you a strength-and-conditioning method that can help you detect movement and positioning errors, improve your performance, and bring you to the top of your mobility game. My training  will help you dissolve the physical restrictions that prevent you from fully actualizing your potential. Working with me will help you develop the motor control and range of motion that will help you meet all of life’s physical demands.

I first became interested in fitness while in Massage Therapy School. As soon as I graduated I was re-enrolled in an Associates program for Nutrition, Strength and Personal Training. As I learned more, my passion grew. I went on to get a B.S. in Exercise Science and Health Education from

Grand Canyon University.

After finding CrossFit, I became interested in training military and first responders. I've worked with Border Patrol, Police, Fire, and in 2015 I took a fitness job deploying with the U.S. Navy. I believe these populations deserve and need professional coaching in regards to their fitness and health because their duties and longevity rely so heavily on them. My style of training can be described as comprehensive and I really strive to teach my clients the why's and how's of their programs. My goal is to empower my clients to eventually not need a trainer anymore and to feel confident in their knowledge and abilities in the gym.

Kevin Noone

I love learning new movement skills, from juggling to gymnastics. Strength & mobility are cornerstones to my training, and I firmly believe in becoming more physically capable by improving movement quality & smashing plates. What gets me out of bed each morning are training, hiking, camping, cars & dogs. My dislikes are feeling helpless, making excuses and not having a growth mindset.

My training philosophy is, "The things you can do everyday - and the workout plans you can stick to - always pay the greatest dividends for life-long health and fitness." These are words I live by, because so many people simply haven't built their health and fitness on a strong foundation. And it usually only takes a few simple cues and routines to start unlocking so much more. Even for absolute beginners, I've always found the deepest satisfaction in helping people get off the couch and feeling better about exercise. That subtle lifestyle shift from going 0 mph to 1 mph can have the largest impact on someone's life!

Scott McCandless

I have always had a passion for staying physically fit and pushing myself beyond limits that I thought my body was not capable of handling. Playing high school sports sparked my need to be the best version of myself physically and mentally, so I was able to perform at my highest levels. From high school sports, I transitioned into a military lifestyle where I became a Naval Rescue swimmer and was a key component in three life-saving rescues in the upper Sierra Nevada Mountain range/Death Valley.
 

During my time in the military, I was taught to continuously motivate everyone around me, while also gaining the passion to want to help others through any difficulties they encounter. I was pushed to continuously train for the specificity of my job as a helicopter aircrewman, while also needing to maintain a very strict physical condition for any and all situations. This training schedule was continued throughout my time in the military because the only way to truly become better is through practice and understanding! Correct physical and mental training has helped me through difficult times, while also becoming a staple in many of my achievements.
 

I am currently continuing my education at the University of California San Diego in the field of Human Biology. Through becoming a personal trainer, I strive to motivate and help others train harder and smarter than they have
ever been able to before, while also giving each individual a knowledge base that can be taken from each session. Training inside the gym is the very beginning of a fitness journey that will change your life for the better. I hope to see you soon!

Allen Palmer

My passion for fitness manifested when I began playing sports as a teenager. I was actively involved in lacrosse and wrestling. In training for these sports I realized my true calling to fitness as a profession.

 

In college I started playing competitive tournament paintball and started doing crossfit to get in shape. This actually helped me get sober and turn my life around. Since fitness helped me completely change my life, I have decided I wanted to help others change their lives through fitness.

 

I have a bachelor's in sports management and I am a NASM, AAAI, and ISMA certified personal trainer. I love to see little successes in the gym add up and translate to big successes in life. Come get in the best shape of your life with me at Landform Fitness!

I got into fitness as a child playing various sports. I played Soccer, Gymnastics, Baseball, Basketball, and Football. By the time high school came around, I put down team sports and started focusing on weight lifting. Soon the gym became my passion and getting educated on proper training and nutrition became my top priority.

I soon realized how important fitness is for everyone and started encouraging many of my family members to start taking their health seriously. My interest and success with assisting others grew from there, and training became the career of my dreams. As a NASM certified trainer, I strive to not only assist you in reaching your goals, but educate you on how we got there along the way. I believe 'Movement is Medicine' and I want to encourage you to make fitness a part of your lifestyle to feel great inside and out. Come train with me at Landform Fitness!

is our signature, Semi Private, Personal Training.

Sessions are 5x a week and focus on various barbell based strength methods, body building, heart rate zone focused conditioning tactics and even yoga.  Spots are limited to 4 people per session.
