We have created this class for YOU.

Our semi privates have a limit of 6 people per class, and will follow a progressive strength and conditioning program.

You will be educated on form, core bracing, programing and much more. Regressions and progressions will be available to meet you at your current fitness level. 

Added bonus we will give you our app so you can follow along, track your weights and progress.
