BOOST Entry-Level Class

Looking to kickstart your fitness journey? Look no further than our Boost class! This entry-level class is designed to get you moving and help you achieve your fitness goals. With a focus on burning calories and toning your muscles, Boost is the perfect class for anyone looking to take their first step towards a healthier lifestyle. In addition, Boost prepares you for our more advanced training classes by introducing functional movement patterns that will serve you well in any workout setting. So why not give our Boost class a try and see what all the buzz is about? Your body (and mind) will thank you!

JACKED Strength and Conditioning

Do you love the group class setting but wish you would be doing more resistance training, getting more personalized workouts and coaching on form? We have created this class for YOU. Our semi privates have a limit of 8 people per class, and will follow a progressive strength and conditioning program. You will be educated on form, core bracing, programing and much more. Regressions and progressions will be available to meet you at your current fitness level.  Added bonus we will give you our app so you can follow along, track your weights and progress. We are so confident you will love this that we will give you a free class to try it out.
