Pectoral (Chest) Stretch



What many people don't realize is that, the pectoral muscle is a dominant muscle that can be steadily tight. That tightness stems from the pec always wanting to roll you forward, specifically, the pec minor. If you experience any upper back tightness, this is one of the main areas you would want to open up.
