Landform Fitness new membership price will increase on July 15, 2023.  Your payment method of file will be charged the new price unless you cancel before the start of your first billing cycle on or after July 15th. 

Gym membership options going forward are as follows: 

1. Gym Membership - $99 every 4 weeks

2. Paid in full Gym Membership (12 mos at the current rate of $69) - $828 

3. Gym Membership plus Guest - $149 every 4 weeks

4. Paid in full Gym Membership plus Guest - $1,490
   **There are no longer any terms/contracts for gym memberships. The membership is month to month with a 30 day notice to cancel required.

 

Group class membership options going forward are as follows:   

1. 3x per week - $300 every 4 weeks

2. 4x per week - $400 every 4 weeks

3. 5x per week - $500 every 4 weeks
   **One (1) year commitment with easy divorce policy.  Must do an exit interview in person.   

 

Accountability/Nutrition add-on:  

1. $196 every 4 weeks
   **Month to month with 30 day notice to cancel.

     On your next charge after July 15th, your gym membership will change to the new member pricing.    We understand that these are big changes so if you would like to get out of your membership contract, please email us at main@landformfitness.com and we will process your cancellation.
