What I teach (and what you will learn) is a multi-function, effective movement and mobility system. You will understand how to move correctly in all situations. I will teach you a strength-and-conditioning method that can help you detect movement and positioning errors, improve your performance, and bring you to the top of your mobility game. My training  will help you dissolve the physical restrictions that prevent you from fully actualizing your potential. Working with me will help you develop the motor control and range of motion that will help you meet all of life’s physical demands.

Hailing from a small town in Massachusetts, I have always been involved in or around fitness. Playing soccer at the collegiate level as well as playing hockey, lacrosse, and running track and field, proper fitness and nutrition has always been an important part of my life.

I got into fitness as a child playing various sports. I played Soccer, Gymnastics, Baseball, Basketball, and Football. By the time high school came around, I put down team sports and started focusing on weight lifting. Soon the gym became my passion and getting educated on proper training and nutrition became my top priority.

I soon realized how important fitness is for everyone and started encouraging many of my family members to start taking their health seriously. My interest and success with assisting others grew from there, and training became the career of my dreams. As a NASM certified trainer, I strive to not only assist you in reaching your goals, but educate you on how we got there along the way. I believe 'Movement is Medicine' and I want to encourage you to make fitness a part of your lifestyle to feel great inside and out. Come train with me at Landform Fitness!

Aaron Hopkins

Growing up, I was always athletic, but it wasn’t until I joined the Army that my passion for fitness began. I quickly saw how fueling my body and weightlifting made such a positive impact on me both physically and mentally. After leaving the Army I continued on my fitness journey and wanted to share the knowledge with others.

I began coaching kids in various sports at the Rec Center. I wanted to help the kids find a passion to live an active lifestyle that they could continue through their life.  Coaching helped me realize that as a kid I had always wanted to be a WWE wrestler, so I decide to join a school and learn what it took.

While training for wrestling, I went back to school and got my NASM personal training certification. As a professional wrestler, my personal training background has helped me get my body to where it needs in order to continue leveling up and mastering more complex moves.

I have continued my fitness education by becoming a health coach specialist as well as obtaining certifications in corrective exercise and performance enhancement.

I want to help you get to the next level, no matter what your fitness goals are. My hope is that my clients finish their workout feeling stronger- both physically and mentally-knowing that they showed up and put in the work to reach the next level.

Hello my name is Jose growing up  Fitness never crossed my mind and through the years I always  enjoyed being active. In high school I wanted to play sports. It was until I turned 20 years of age that I decided to pick up  soccer. I never really was good at it and I really was never fit for it. I was always a little overweight and at times I was very overweight so one day I turn 30 and told myself that I was going to get in the best shape of my life and thanks to a friend of mine  that push me to become the best I could I decided to hire a personal trainer and work hard to get in shape. I just remembered the care he had for me for my friend and that brought a fire to my soul and made me realize this is what I wanted to do.  So I got certified through ACE  and now I am here as a personal trainer to fuel other people and Hope and I can help transform their lives physically and mentally. Couple things that I did learn through this transformation of mine and something that I carry with me dearly is a quote and it goes like this how can you help others when you can help yourself   as a personal trainer if I can't be discipline in my life and fitness journey how am I going to be an example to the people I train. If I can do it, anyone can. Time, persistence, dedication, discipline are all factors to success no matter what you are trying to achieve.

I’ve always been an athlete. I grew up playing football and when high school came around I started hitting the weights a little more. I was able to put on a lot of strength and this was a good feeling to me. I always liked lifting weights because you can see and feel the changes in your body all of the time. I noticed the biggest changes in my fitness journey when I started taking my nutrition more seriously. This step led to me educating myself more on physical health and wanting to become a personal trainer. I enjoy training people because I can go throughout my day knowing I am having a positive health effect on someone. Your health is important and my job is to make sure you reach your goals. I can make you stronger and have better performance in a variety of task. Most importantly I can help you achieve a healthy and active lifestyle.
